Hi! Our flatmate is moving closer to work, so her room is now available for the lucky next person!

Our flat is recently refurbished and located in Regency Lodge building which is 3 mins walk away from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) and right next to Primrose Hill where you will find a member of the royal family living (Not Andrew Dw)

We have all major grocery stores (Tesco, M&S, Waitrose and Sainsburys) close to the flat with many restaurants and other high street shops all within very short walking distances. You’re also 10 mins away from O2 shopping centre with movie theatres.

Utilities are included in monthly rent. Flat is on the top floor and is very well ventilated with tons of light. The room has a wall to wall wardrobe.

Also have a CCTV monitored bike rack with day porter and night porter on weekends.

One thing we do not have is a shared living room.

Both easy going people who enjoy watching movies and enjoy a flat dinner or drinks when we can. We are looking for someone who is ideally easygoing, friendly and mutually respectable. We are a clean bunch do doing your bit with us to keep the flat clean is important.
