The flat has a good sized living room which also contains a small dining area, a good sized kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom, and lots of storage space.

The bedroom comes with double bed, desk and storage space, there is also a communal walk-in cupboard in the flat (along with a separate, smaller coat cupboard).

The flat is approximately 5 minutes walk from Swiss Cottage station (on the Jubilee Line) and around a 10 minute walk from Chalk Farm station on the Northern Line (although a regular bus from the back of the flat gets there in 5 minutes). Finchley Road highstreet is nearby with loads of shops, Primrose Hill is 5 minutes walk with Regents Park just beyond, and you can walk into Camden in about 15-20 minutes.

Rent works out as £650 a month including council tax, water, electricity and gas (basically all utility bills), not including internet, TV license and any extras like these.

2 current flatmates, Gaz - 32, working in the third sector, enjoys listening to and playing music, watching films, going out for a drink etc, and Laura - 24, graphic designer, likes to attend various cultural events, gigs, practice yoga.

Potential flatmates will have to be professionals as references will be required, no couples. Please only people that are willing to keep the place clean and tidy, like to have fun but also be respectful of people's privacy, noise levels early morning and late at night etc.
