The housemates are all sociable, friendly professionals and would be keen to meet any prospective tenants before agreeing to let. The let would be on contract and subject to passing vetting by the landlord. House deposit and remainder of the rent for December would be payable to myself (agreed with landlord) as you would take over my place on the contract. Monthly rent is £665, deposit is one months rent.
