The flat has 3 furnished double bedrooms, hallway, large fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room with a balcony overlooking communal garden which you also have access to, and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite). We also have a parking space for one car available in front of the house.
The available room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe.
Rent £809 per month and includes heating, other bills and internet are excluded (app. £110 per month per person).
One month's rent & deposit to be paid in advance & references will be required.
The flat is in an amazing location with Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line) being the nearest tube station (3 min. walk) and also Belsize Park (Northern line) & Finchley Road (Jubilee & Metropolitan lines) are within walking distance (both app. 8 min. walk). All shops, supermarkets (O2 centre), gym are nearby plus there is an excellent bus connections to the city centre.
Primrose Hill, Regent’s Park & Hampstead Heath within walking distance.
