Lovely cosy room available in our large 4 bedroom flat, in Belsize Park near Finchley Road. The room is very big and sunny and the area is Amazing!

Sharing with three others (2 girls + 1 guy, late 20’s & early 30s) in a split level flat with large living and dinning room. The place is kept clean and tidy. Really close to the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines and about 10 minutes from the Northern. It's a beautiful leafy part of town, 15 mins walk from Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park and a very short walk from Waitrose & Sainsbury's. The rent is £550/month and the bills come to around £150/month including council tax, cleaner, broadband, TV etc. Deposit is £600.

We're a friendly, professional & creative bunch. Although we have busy schedules, we sometimes enjoy downtime hanging together for dinner. We're looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy and similarly sociable who will embrace the flat as a home rather than a house.
