The flat is located a super short walk from Sydenham station (3 to 5 minutes walk), trains (both overground and southeastern line to London Bridge and Canada Water in 20 minutes. There's also Penge East station a 10 minutes walk from the flat which connects you to Victoria in less than 20 minutes.

There's a very spacious kitchen, a large shared living room, a bathroom with a shower and a very large private garden.

The room is quite spacious, it will come furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, there's lots of natural light and even tho it looks into the street it's very quiet.

Bills are around £70/80 a month.

The two other flatmates (girls) are very easy going and work both full time in Central London.

There's also a beautiful cat living in the property.

The area is very nice and there's everything you need, all the supermarkets including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl and many more, plenty of cute restaurants and bars, pubs.

Also PureGym is 2 minutes walk from the flat.

The room will be available at the beginning of March, but if you need to move earlier or later arrangements can be made.
