I am looking for someone to move in to the flat I have been living for the last year as my housemate is moving out of London.

The bedroom is a spacious split-level double and comes fully furnished with plenty of storage space. On entering the bedroom there is a futon sofa and built-in cupboards, a couple of stairs then lead into the bedroom which has a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The futon sofa can be turned into a bed so it is handy if you have guests to stay! The flat has a large living/dining room and separate modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with power shower overhead. The flat benefits from lots of storage space and natural light throughout. It is located on the top floor of a quiet, friendly small block of flats (10 flats in total). There is also a parking space available in the residents car park and a communal garden area.

The transport links are great, Sydenham station (Overground and Southern rail) is a 6 minute walk with regular trains to London Bridge (17 mins) and Canada Water (16 mins). Penge East (Southeastern) is a 12 minute walk with regular trains to Victoria (19 mins) and Blackfriars ( 23 mins). There are also buses from outside the flat to central London.

The neighbourhood is lovely, it’s leafy, fairly quiet and only a 5 minute walk from the fantastic Crystal Palace park. It is close to Sydenham high street and Crystal Palace which have many restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops etc.
