This is a very large king-sized bedroom for rent with ample storage and own ensuite shower room (note there is no toilet in the ensuite but two toilets within the property).

The flat is furnished and includes a large living room and a good-sized kitchen. The flat has the usual appliances e. g. a stubborn (old) dishwasher, a more relaxed (new) washing machine, etc but note no telly.

The flat is on the 1st floor (with no lift). It is part of a converted old detached house on a quiet residential street. There is off-street parking and free on street parking. Nearest station is Sydenham. The flat is also near the fantastic Crystal Palace Park.

Option 1 is £500 per month plus bills are to be shared between the two of us (50%). I expect them to be c. £100 each, but depends on your usage. Option 2 is rent £625 per calendar inclusive of bills.

The room is available from early/mid October for c. 6 months.

Given the size of the room I would consider a couple for increased rent (c. £200 extra a month). I would also consider a Monday to Friday option for reduced rent.
