Forest Hill - Double room in friendly quiet house

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to rent my spare double room.

Would suit a clean, respectful, calm person who is good with animals/cats as I have a very anxious cat. Once she's warmed up to you, she is lovely and will sit on your lap and demand cuddles. She's just not a typical cat.

THE ROOM
Double bed, with 4 storage drawers, big wardrobe and TV stand/storage.

THE HOUSE
You'll be sharing the master bathroom but will mostly have it to yourself as I have a small en-suite. Lots of storage space in the bathroom for all your things.
Shared kitchen with storage for your groceries and kitchen appliances. Storage is not huge in my kitchen but we will find space for your things.
Lovely litte garden which I'm still working on. Has a big corner sofa and table to enjoy your morning coffee on a sunny day.
Big kitchen table.
Shared living room but please note that I use it a lot so would maybe suit someone who brings their own little TV for their room.
Happy to have the occasional movie night together of course.

ABOUT ME
I'm a freelance voice-over artist/actress from Austria. I work from home most days. On the weekends I play hockey and hang out with my friends and boyfriend (who stays over quite a lot).
I like my own space but happy to go out for coffee or dinner together.
There are quite a few pubs, cafes and bars walking distance, so I'm sure you'll like this area.

PETS
I will consider small pets that will stay in your room (rat, hamster, bunny) but no big pets as I have a cat, thanks.

There's free on street parking.

Rent includes all bills.

Maximum contract length 6 months with possibility to extend.
