The difference is that my flat is actually a 2 bedroom flat but I'm advertising it as a 1 bedroom flat because, due to unforeseen circumstances I will not be living at the flat but I want to retain access. There is off street parking which is available to the tenant and friends.
I'm looking for a professional tenant, the flat would suit a professional couple just due to the size of the rooms. I'm really looking for individual(s) that will respect the property.
