A 1 bedroom flat with a difference

The difference is that my flat is actually a 2 bedroom flat but I'm advertising it as a 1 bedroom flat because, due to unforeseen circumstances I will not be living at the flat but I want to retain access. I only plan to visit the flat no more than twice a year, I will stay no longer than a few days on each occasion.
The flat has recently been completely renovated. It is very bright with a lot of natural light. It is less than 5 minutes to Penge East station and there are a range of local shops just around the corner. The views from the lounge are amazing, great for people watching. The furniture is brand new, so new that the bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed frame, I will assemble this week the mattress is still in its covering. There is off street parking which is available to the tenant and friends.
I'm looking for a professional tenant, the flat would suit a professional couple just due to the size of the rooms. I'm really looking for individual(s) that will respect the property.
