The room is furnished and comes with a double-bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. It's the medium-size room in the flat and you can fit a lot in. There is extra storage space in the living room if needed. The flat is the top half of what was formerly a house so unfortunately it is not accessible.
There is a small living room and garden. It is a really lovely, quiet and green area (massive park few mins walk away) and friendly neighbours. 10 mins walk from Sydenham station which has the overground and national rail that gets you to London Bridge in 15 mins. Retail park is also 10 mins walk away with a Sainsbury's superstore, Aldi, B&Q etc.
You would be sharing with two flatmates - Zara (29) woking in hospitality and Milo (22) part-time master's student. Both smokers and veggie, easy-going, love a good chat, cooking but also value own space. So hoping for a flatmate with similar vibes.
Bills aren't fixed but average around £80/month, so totals £530/month.
So send me a message if interested :)
Best wishes,
Lola
