We are looking for somebody working professionally, 26yo+, friendly and comfortable being sociable around the house. You will be living with three friends who like to do their own thing but spend time together in the evenings, (this might be playing articulate over a drink or binging on netflix!). The house is very homely and kept nice and clean so would be looking for someone to play their part in this and treat it as a home.

The property is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom converted apartment a 5min walk from both Sydenham and Penge East stations and all the local shops and amenities of Sydenham High St and Penge High St.

From Penge East there are direct trains to:
Victoria - 18 min
Orpington - 22 min

From Sydenham:
East Croydon - 11 min
Canada Water - 16 min
London Bridge - 17 min
Shoreditch - 27 min
Highbury and Islington - 40 min
As well as excellent bus links.

Bills are not included but usually come to aprrox. £70pm when split.
