The new tenant would have the master bedroom and benefit from living with the a friendly yoga loving landlord who is always looking to make home improvements and has just added a 2nd toilet. . The new tenant must like the idea of living with a small but well behaved and very adorable King Charles cavalier dog. The reason this is available is because the owner is taking some time out from a career break and needing to cover costs hence giving up the larger bedroom.
