I’m looking for a flatmate to share my lovely home in Sydenham. It’s a bright, cozy flat with a double bedroom available. You'll be living with me, a Year 6 teacher who enjoys socialising but also loves a chilled evening binge-watching Netflix with a takeaway. You'd also be sharing the space with my little black cat Milo – he's super relaxed and loves a good cuddle!

Here's some of what you’ll get:

A bedroom with a double bed with under bed storage
Full access to the spacious living room, with a real fireplace!
A kitchen/dining room with everything you'll need to cooking
A bathroom with a lovely roll top bath/shower
A south-west facing garden

The flat is located in Sydenham, a peaceful area with great transport links to central London, plus parks and shops nearby. It's a 7 minute walk to Sydenham station or a 10 minute walk to Penge East station. The high street is really useful and has a few lovely little coffee shops as well as two GREAT pubs.
