Huge, sunny, ensuite double room available from now. The room, on the third floor, has amazing views over Sydenham and Crystal Palace.

The flat itself is a really spacious 2 bedroom Georgian flat across the second and third floor; each bedroom is on a separate floor and each room has its own bathroom. It feels like you are living quite separately, so it's a good flat for someone who likes their own space and independence.

The room overlooks a pretty street lined with blossom tress.

There’s a spacious separate kitchen with the usual amenities, a table and a dishwasher. Wooden floors throughout.

The flat is has great transport links. The nearest station is 4 mins walk, where it is 17 mins to Victoria, 10 mins to Brixton. The overground also takes 25 mins to Shoreditch/Hoxton. It's a 10 minute walk to the famous Crystal Palace Park.

The room available for rent is stunning. It's on the top floor and has a lovely view out over the leafy suburb that is Sydenham. It is massive and sunny - the photos don’t do the space justice! The room also has a brand new en suite with shower, basin and storage. The room is furnished with a king sized bed wooden bed frame and mattress, 2 x chest of drawers, chair, and huge built-in wardrobes with external mirrors. The room has its own stairway, so feels like your own private space. There are double balcony windows, and a skylight window.

You’d be living with me, Emily. I’m 35, female, British, and work at a design studio.

Looking for someone who is relaxed, but who is also clean and tidy and respects the space they live in. Not a party flat, or a place for socialising.

While the room would be big enough, no couples, sorry.
