Hi there

I currently live with one other professional female housemate and am looking for another fun, kind and thoughtful professional to share a beautiful space in my house. The house is extremely well decorated to a high standard. It is well loved and respected and I wish for you to love and respect it as I do :o)

I am looking for housemates that I connect with and that we can respect each other and likewise respect the communal living spaces that we share and keep them clean out of courtesy for each other. The house is situated in a quiet road and has a tranquil garden.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer etc., hoover, ironing board, bathroom and lounge plus a beautiful garden to enjoy.

The room has a fitted wardrobe and cupboard. 

I don't usually ask for the full amount of all the bills I pay but during the winter there will need to be a little more of a contribution due to the heating. We can discuss this when you come to view the room.

This house is a great location on a quiet residential street, close to transport links and local amenities, inbetween 2 rail stations. 7 minutes walk to Sydenham station and a 7 minute walk from the high street which has a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs. There are also large supermarkets close by. Near to plenty of green spaces including Crystal Palace Park.

Sydenham is well connected for central London - 20 minutes by train to London Bridge, also services Charing Cross & Waterloo plus London Overground to Highbury Islington and West Croydon. Buses 202, 194, 75 and night bus 176. Penge East station is 3 mins walk away and services trains to Victoria (takes 18 minutes) and Blackfriars and City Thameslink.

By the way, the lounge is slightly different from the picture as it's being redecorated. Just so you know and don't expect the same image ;o)

I enjoy having a relaxed home environment and having friends round occasionally. I'm looking for like-minded professionals who want to live in a friendly clean home.
