We are Juan and Sarah and have a 2 bed flat in Sydenham Hill - Gipsy Hill.

We have a double sized room freshly painted and furnished available., with a fresh mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and you could fit a bedside table or desk under the window.

There's plenty of storage to use within the flat too, for suitcases, shoes, and bits and bobs.

If you have a bike - You can park your bike at the front door or there’s a safe storage within the estate.

If you have a car - the off street parking is good and you’ll be able to find a space outside.

We’ve been house sharers for many years and respectful of privacy and everyone doing their own thing but definitely up for chatting, sharing a takeaway, drink, cuppa and sharing the space and time together.

We are flexible on timings and budgets and open to both short term Lets, Longer term / Monday to Friday or combination / or all week too.

Transport links are good with a 5 min walk (4 minute sprint) to Sydenham Hill station - commute to Victoria in 15 mins -Brixton and Herne Hill in 10 mins - Elephant and Castle. Walk to Gipsy Hill train station in 10 mins (uphill) for trains to Clapham Junction and London Bridge. Sydenham & Crystal Palace overground easy reach too.

I love the location and community feel which is safe, green and people get to know one another..

There’s great pubs for Sunday roasts, parks, bakeries, and restaurants in easy walking distance.

You get gorgeous sunsets to enjoy in the eve on the front balcony, nice to sit out on when warm and look across to the city views to London .

We are a Spanish and British couple, age 37.
Most weekdays we are working outside and a little bit of WFH. Love to be out and about exploring London and travelling whenever possible. When at home we enjoy cooking up paella, chilling, music, culture, and having fun 🤩 get in touch if you fancy viewing and look forward to meeting soon
