ONE BED BASEMENT FLAT : Short term let from Dec 8th until Jan 30th 2020. Looking for a Conscious person veggie/vegan. This is not a party flat so need someone sensible, mature & trustworthy.

I am subletting my newly rented flat whilst abroad. It's a beautiful quirky, clean, clutter free, quite spacious, surrounded by huge trees outside with an open plan kitchen/lounge, bedroom with fitted wardrobes & bath/shower. It's fully furnished and you can use all my kitchen stuff, juicer, bed covers if you need etc. It's very toasty with warm floors & heating from upstairs too (my cool conscious landlord lives there). It's a beautiful space with good vibes and would suit someone who needs a quiet space to work, do yoga etc or practice music undisturbed. Luckily I have no TV !

There's a nice park nearby with farmer's market every Saturday morning, a church with lots happening, nice cafes to hang out near the station.

It's in Brockley (SE14) 7 minutes from station with good transport links - Overground train takes you to H&I and London Bridge is 2 stops away, SE trains to Victoria via Crystal Palace, Clapham Junction, Peckham Rye, New Cross Gate, Honor Oak all just down the road, bustop 343 outside goes to Aldgate, Elephant & Castle - check it out.

You have this lovely flat all to yourself for £200 PW all inclusive + a month's deposit.
