**Large Double Room In Beautiful Victorian Flat**

Our lovely friend who we have been sharing with for the last year and a bit is moving in with their partner. This place is such a find in a gorgeous location we decided we couldn't yet let it go!

We are looking to share with a single person, but we would consider a couple.

- - About the room - -

The room is large spacious double room with high ceilings and a fabulous view of the city (double glazed windows)

*The room is currently unfurnished however we may be able to help with getting a bed, mattress and some shelving and a desk + clothes rail. You might just want to update some units later on.

- - The property - -

The flat is situated on Telegraph Hill, which is a gorgeous area of New Cross. It's super homely and spacious with plenty of daylight, with light walls, high ceilings and original features.

We have made great use of the space, adding in benches in both the living space and the kitchen, so you can sit and enjoy your morning brew in the sunshine!

The extra large living room has a gorgeous fireplace, and large bay windows. As we will be moving the rooms around - we would really like our new housemate's input in the shared space if you are up for being involved in making the new living room fabulous!

The bathroom is also light and spacious with a high shower and a bathtub, the toilet it separate which is great for house shares!

We have also added additional storage to the utility room (which is where the washing machine is kept)

Super close to New Cross Gate station, with a direct trains to London Bridge in 8 minutes.



- - The household - -
Jessa & Chris, a very relaxed and sociable couple.

Jessa: A freelance Portrait & Fashion photographer, working mostly 9-5 during the week, occasionally has a day off in the week or can be at home editing photographs.

Chris: Self employed working in construction and events, usually works Monday- Fri 8-5 and the occasional weekend.

We are both into cooking, music and films- we sometimes enjoy a cheeky mid week drink! We are both quite sociable and out and about during the week and weekend, although we do also enjoy a quiet night in from time to time.

*** A Couple would be charged £850 for the room

** We would totally be up with living with a small pet, but it would need to be approved by our landlord (I think cats are okay)
