Double Room, Telegraph Hill 650pcm Inc Bills

Hey, how's it going?

I'm Conrad and I live with my friend John in a three-bed flat in the Telegraph hill area just up from New Cross Gate station. Were both 25, John is a designer in marketing and I work and study at Goldsmiths University. The local area has great parks, pubs, and places to eat with lots of young people and a vibrant community in general.

We keep things pretty clean ourselves and have a cleaner once every two weeks to make things immaculate - I like to cook a fair bit and so I'm happy to share meals when convenient and there's always a communal beer in the fridge. It would be great to share the space with someone sociable who is down to chat over a coffee sometimes, watch the odd Netflix documentary and go to the pub when the mood takes you. Of course we both respect that everyone needs their privacy as well.

The room is around 4. 5m by 2.5m so there's more than enough space for a desk and gets great sunlight through a large window. It comes furnished with a bed, side table, mirror, blinds, and a lampshade. There's also a full-height built-in wardrobe at the far end. There's a washing machine in the utility closet, a dishwasher, and a communal bike storage downstairs.
