A lovely single room is available with HD smart TV and Sky Q multi room, with all sports and movies. There is also a 55inch tv in the main living area.

The room is available all bills included as a 1 year lease. Minimum term is 1 year and the tennant will sign a combined lease agreement with 3 other tenants. Male sport loving tenants are preferred.

This is very friendly shared place to live, with working chilled people that get on very well. This house has been established as shared home for 6 years and has a great atmosphere.

It’s important who you live with, and these guys are great. One is a lawyer, the other an enthusiastic, ex personal trainer. I run an IT consultancy.

The room has a single bed, fast broadband, a wardrobe and high power air ventilator which provides fresh air.

The house has high quality kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer.

The home is detached, has been decorated and has a private back garden with a summer house. It is situated very close to the town centre and supermarkets but in a quiet area facing a river, very near to a lake and countryside.

Travel options and duration:
1 - O2 North Greenwich: frequent 472 bus direct (30 mins)
2 - Plumstead or Abby Wood station; frequent 472 and 301 (8 mins)
3 - London bridge: 472 or 301 bus to Plumstead or Abbey Wood (8 mins) then frequent train to London bridge (30 mins)
4 - Charring Cross: same as 2, stay on the train for another 7 mins.
5 - Liverpool Street: 472 or 301 bus to Woolwich Arsonal (12mins), DLR to Stratford (20 mins), Central line Tube to Liverpool street (10 mins).
