We have one large and very spacious double ground floor bedroom available now, the rent is £690 Inc bills however there is an extra charge paid separately for the cleaner (£30 pcm) who comes once a week. The room has a double ikea frame with a new mattress, the room is newly decorated and has a large wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers, it has a wooden laminate floor and looks over the front of the quiet road, there is an equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) which is semi open plan to the lounge /dining room. There is a conservatory with a washing machine and this leads to the garden. Upstairs there is a recently refurbished bathroom with a over the bath shower. There a a couple of local shops within a minute walk and a larger supermarket within 5 minutes, Tooting junction train station is within a 5 minute walk away and Tooting Broadway tube station is a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away. Tooting is a vibrant place with many different types of bars cafés and restaurants We are looking for a like minded housemate who is clean and tidy.
