We have a large spacious double ground floor bedroom available from the 22nd of December in our house. The room is fully furnished and shares a semi open plan kitchen diner /lounge, there is an upstairs bathroom and use of the garden, there is a washing machine and broadband. The house is situated in a quiet residential area but with local shops and a takeaway within minutes, large supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Tooting Junction train station is a 10 minute walk away and Tooting Broadway tube station is a short 5/10 min bus ride or a 20 minute walk away. There is a weekly cleaner payable separately £30 per month extra. Tooting Broadway is a very lively cosmopolitan place with many interesting restaurants and bars. The current housemate is moving to another city with her boyfriend and the room is available from the 22nd of December. Current housemates are one male and a female professionals who enjoy cooking, sports, outdoors and travel.
