Monthly rolling tenancy - Tooting gal's flat

Double room is available short term in this Tooting flat, just off the high street and within 10 mins walk to both Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec tube stations.
Amazing location for a quick commute! Nando's right next door!!! Also the Tooting Markets are really cool and just a couple of minutes stroll away.

The house is currently for sale, and the original tenancy agreement ends on 23rd December. From there it goes to a month-to-month rolling contract where there is a minimum 1 month notice period to vacate once the property is sold. So the term will be minimum 1 month stay, with more time depending on if the house is sold - the rolling tenancy is likely not to end until spring.

The house has 3 early-mid 20's English girls, who all work full time. We all get on really well, chat in the kitchen while cooking, watch TV and hang out together after work.
Ideally looking for someone in the same age range who'll get on well with everyone.

The room is a nice double size, coming furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Plenty of natural light too!

Kitchen and communal lounge have all the utensils, appliances and amenities you could need.

Bill are excluded from the rent, but come to around 60 a month for council tax, TV license, internet, gas/electricity and water.

I'm only leaving as have found a new flat with some other friends, otherwise I'd love to stay as the location and flatmates are great. There would also be potential to look for a new place with the girls once the house is sold and tenancy ends, if that's of interest!
