The room!

Hello! We’ve got a large double room available in our friendly Tooting home!

About the house:
- Furnished, big double room
- Large kitchen-diner and living room
- Additional second kitchen
- Two bathrooms
- Huge back garden with crab apple tree
- Lovely landlord who fixes things quickly
- Bills come to around £90/month each (£42 council tax and internet, £~50 gas and electric)

About Tooting:
We're about 10 minutes walk from either Bec or Broadway tube stations (zone 3) on a quiet residential street. You can walk to Lidl/Tesco/Aldi/Sains easily, as well as other high street shops. Tooting Common and Wandsworth Common are both in walking distance.

Tooting itself has lots of restaurants, international supermarkets, bars & pubs.

Current household:
Hannah (26): chaotic good, works as a zero carbon consultant.
Likes: salsa dancing, cocktails, incapacitating herself at the gym

Hyacinth (30): social butterfly, works in social media and marketing.
Likes: cocktails, fancy dinners, spin classes

Clara (25): wholesome af, works at the civil service
Likes: Cheerleading, yoga, baking

About you:
We're looking for someone friendly and social, who knows how to wash their dishes and use a hoover.
We both have our own social lives but like to hang out, cook dinner together, or host a BBQ.
We are LGBT+ and diverse friendly (you should be too!)
No couples and no pets please.
