Ensuite Double Rooms, near colliers wood

Hello!

We've got 1 spot available in our friendly house in between Tooting and Colliers Wood. The free room is one ensuite with newly fitted wardrobe. All bills are included in the rent and we have a cleaner who comes every other week.

The house is pretty great and really good value for money. We have a decent sized garden and the internet reaches out there. We also have two big fridge-freezers for all our stuff. a tumble dryer and dishwasher which keep us all happy.

Our landlord is also really responsive too. There's also a shed out back if you have a bike and some outdoor furniture too for lazy summer evenings - or working days.

Colliers Wood tube station is a 10 minute walk away and Tooting train station is just 5 minutes away. We've got lots of green spots nearby, a giant Sainsbury's and a couple of retail parks for all your shopping. All the amazing food on offer in Tooting is only a 15 minute stroll away, and you can walk to Wimbledon in just over half an hour.

We've all lived in the house for the last 3 years and get on well. We've got 4 girls and 1 guys. We often do stuff together, but also respect each other's space.
