*RENT DROP* Double room in friendly Tooting house

We've got 2 great double rooms available in a lovely, friendly home, which is only a 12-15 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Underground and 3 minute walk to Tooting Station. You can easily get to central London in 30 mins by public transport, Brixton is also only 30 mins by public transport and to Clapham Common in around 20-25 mins, so it's a great place to live if you want to save yourself some money on that typical south west london rent but still be close to the action!

The rooms for rent are on the top floor of three, and have a bathroom immediately next to them (pictured in the ad). Rooms come fully furnished. Rent includes all bills apart from gas and electricity. The most we pay for those (in the winter months) is £30 each. Deposit is only £250 and the landlord is brilliant!

There is a shared living/kitchen area and a lovely garden and there are 3 (yes, THREE) bathrooms in the house. One bathroom is an en-suite in one of the already occupied rooms so the other two are split between the remaining four rooms (so hardly ever a queue for the shower!).

We are looking for sociable housemates, as this house has a history of having a laugh together and we want to continue that! We all usually have fairly busy working/study weeks but at the weekend we regularly socialise as a house, whether that's having a pub night or a night in watching a film.. In the summer, the garden decking is ideal for BBQs so there will be plenty of that to look forward to, and last winter we had plenty of house lockdown socials and we even had a house Christmas meal!

Currently three of the rooms are occupied by guys (myself, 25 year old postgrad physio student, Daniel, 24 year old in recruitment, and David, 27 year old who works in finance). We are advertising for girls to share the top floor so we can maintain a 3:2 gender split, as we have found that has worked really well in the past :).
