Bright spacious double rooms in a friendly house!

We're looking for 2 new housemates in a relaxed and sociable houseshare, a 6 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station.

The Double en suite room is bright and spacious – it takes up most of the top floor, and is really airy with Velux windows on one side and regular windows on the other. You get a built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and 3 chests of drawers.

The double room is bright and cheery. It is located at the back of the house looking over the garden. It has a comfy double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers :)

As for the rest of the house, the kitchen/diner leads out onto the garden through sliding doors – great for the summer and BBQs, you can just leave them open all day. All mod cons – dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

For chilling in the evening there’s also a separate living room with Sky (and some sofas, one of which is impossible to leave once you’re sat down because it’s really comfortable.)

There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in total, so there’s not much of a rush in the mornings (not that you’ll need to worry about that, having the en suite).
