Double room to rent in Tooting Bec

Looking for someone to fill a double room available in a 5-bed, all-girls house in Tooting Bec, as our housemate is moving in with her partner. Hoping to fill the room by 23rd July, but can be flexible with dates! Rent is £910 per month plus around £70 for bills but can vary slightly!

The house has two bathrooms, a good-sized kitchen with a seating area, and a comfortable and light living room where we often end up chatting, watching something, or having dinner together! Also a gorgeous garden which we’ve decked out for lovely BBQs, sunbathing, and summer drinks!

You’d be living with four other girls aged between 24-28. It’s a sociable, relaxed house where we all get along well, but everyone also has their own routines and socials lives too. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy to live with!

The house is about a 5 minute walk away from Tooting Bec station on the Northern Line. Also 20 minutes from Balham on Southern, and 25 minutes from Tooting Station on Thameslink. There are lots of nice pubs, coffee shops, and places to eat nearby. There’s a lovely deli, a Lidl, and 2 Tescos all 5 minute walks away. Balham and Tooting Broadway are also short walks away.
