Beautiful Victorian terraced house with large, bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, two bedrooms and an additional room downstairs to use as you wish. Big garden at the back which gets a good amount of sun (when it's out). Bills £75 p/m (including a monthly cleaner). There's also permit parking on the road.

A short walk from a number of pubs, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets (sainsburys, aldi, lidl as well as sainsburys local and tesco express), Tooting Market, Tooting Common and Lido. There's also permit parking on the street.

Personally, I'm pretty relaxed and sociable. I spend quite a lot of time out seeing friends, going to pubs, bars, restaurants etc. But when I am in the house, I'm up for hanging out, watching Netflix, having some drinks, getting a takeaway etc - or not, when we both want some space.
