Single room in The house full of love and care.

Room 1

Heya. Here is the house on the first floor( stairs inc:),Sharing Bathroom and Kitchen, No living room, but usually we hang out in the garden or kitchen. House is ready to live in! For the single room we have an extra storage out of the room. Inside the room just few squared shelves in the wall. In a double room is massive wardrobe installed. Kitchen has 2 fridges, 1 separate and 1 shared large, washing machine, stove, sink and some space for any kitchenware. Lets say kitchen fully equipped, You dont really need to buy much for cooking, apart food)))
Bathroom has few big storage spaces, its in the list for painting, atm.
Some hangers in the hall. Shoe racks aswell.
Tube station within 5mins, all food stores, off-licence, restaurants and bar are in the walking distance.
2 pescatarian ladies are living in the house, so LGBT are very welcomed.
Cleaning in the house under tenants schedule once a week. Broadband Virgin Media m100, water, gas, council tax, energy -all included in Your pay. Its directly debited from the main House Account. Also house cleaning products, toilet paper, soap, tissues, kitchen towels , sponges etc-are included aswell. I buy it personally as we need.
If You smoke-juul, iqos, vape-its not a problem. NO WEED and cigarette smokers please. No guests allowed to stay, apart we discuss and agree. No weekend girls or boys to come in and drink.
We wish to have a tenants, who respect the others, who cleans after each use of toilet, bath or kitchen and who will make our living with each other stress free. Don’t hesitate to text me Whatsapp, viber or just a text.

FYI: We rent it from the agency, so everyone will do a check with references. We will need Your payslips, 2-3 previous adresses. Checks are taking about 2 weeks.
