I am looking for someone to take my large double room available in Tooting Broadway, with en-suite bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a bedside table. I am currently wfh so there is plenty of space for a desk in the room too. There is a large shared living room and modern kitchen, as well as a large private garden.
You will be sharing a house with 3 lovely Irish housemates who are very easy going and sociable.
The house is situated around a 5 mins walk from the station. The rent is £785 a month and the bills usually come to around £80 a month
