We have a huge double room & ensuite available in our friendly house share. The house has a big lounge with high ceilings and wooden floors, kitchen area and a large garden.
About the Room
The room is the entire top floor (the house is 3 storeys) with a double bed, living area, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large windows with plenty of storage space/ room for WFH plus en-suite with shower.
The rent of the room is £920 each per calendar month excluding bills. For couples it’ll be an extra £200 added to the total. Gas, electricity, broadband, council tax, and water usually bring this to approximately £80 a month depending on the season.
Our current lovely housemate is leaving the 25/06 so the tenancy would start then.
Location
The house is located just off Tooting High street and is only a 5 min walk from Tooting Broadway Underground. There are plenty of local shops, gyms, bars & restaurants as well as Tooting Market 🍻
About Use
We’re Aideen, Jack & Ryan, I’m a nurse and Jack & Ryan WFH mostly. We’re Irish & like going for drinks, going to the gym, watching tv, sport and just generally hanging out. We’re very laid back and hang out together but also respect each other’s space 😊
