Double room in a house with large garden

A double room is becoming available in our house from the beginning of August. The room fits a double bed, two wardrobes, plenty of shelves, a large desk, a clothes rack and a bedside table with room to walk around in. There is plenty of storage space around the house as well (including a 5th tiny room)

The house consists of 5 Tenants currently with a couple in the large room upstairs. We are often sociable together but we also all have our own plans and are often away various evenings in the week.

There are two fridges, full cooking facilities and a shared bathroom (between 3).

10 minute walk from St George's Hospital, 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and the Sainsbury's there. 2 Minute walk to The Gym - Tooting Broadway, 10 minute walk from Lidl - Tooting. Takes about 30 minutes to get to Waterloo via the northern line.

Some members of the house do smoke but always outside in the back garden.
