I’m a 36-year-old professional living in Tooting Broadway and looking for someone to take the second bedroom at the begining of December. Looking for a professional, tidy, easy-going flatmate for long-term, but also happy to consider someone staying minimum 1 month.

Less than 5 mins to Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line)

Excellent bus connections

Just off the high street – with greengrocers, supermarkets, banks, salons, shops, and all essentials right around the corner

St George’s Hospital is directly behind

Close to Wimbledon, Balham, Clapham, Earlsfield and other great neighbourhoods

Quiet street, mostly professionals living around

The Flat:

Spacious double room, fully furnished, very bright

Shared living room

Large private garden – perfect for relaxing or summer evenings

Peaceful and friendly environment

Rent & Bills:

£1,000/month

Bills approx. £100–150/month

The room is available for long or short-term stay, and while exact move-out dates depend on the landlord, there is always a 1-month notice period in case of any change of circumstances regarding the property.
