Modern room in new apartment on 17th floor

Hi there,

I have a double room to share for short periods or until the end of the year (possible extension).
Single person only.
That is 2 bed 80 sq meters apartment with huge terrace/ balcony on 17th floor where you can see whole London.
Large living room with modern kitchen and all facilities (dishwasher, dryer etc).
All buses very close (1 min walking to High Road), Overground Station with 20 min train to Liverpool Street, 7 min to Underground station by any bus. Very easy access to Tottenham Hale Station with access to Stansted airport (Stansted Express).
I do have a secured private parking also and there is cctv all around area. We have a special fobs to access and 24 hours consierge on reception.
I am very busy woman who looking for a female to share a whole flat with me.
My husband started a few years contract in different country so he might visit me at the end of the year only.
