We're Mike and Penny, a professional couple living in a three-bed Victorian terrace house on a tree lined street in Tottenham. We've just finished renovating!

We want to open up our home to a Mon-Fri lodger and the available room has been freshly painted, a super comfy double storage bed with fancy memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobe, and it overlooks our garden.

The house is 5 mins from Bruce Grove (good for Hackney, Bethnal Green, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street) and 15 mins walk from Seven Sisters (get to King's Cross in 10 mins!).

We LOVE Tottenham! The high road shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are 5 mins walk away which include Mona’s cocktail bar, The Bluecoats pub (serving Lucky Chip Burgers and a cracking Sunday roast), The Beehive, and The High Cross (another cracking Roast). We also have San Marcos at the end of the road serving up the best Italian grub since 1967 and True Craft with its notch pizzas and fun crowd. If you like going to the gym, the huge and brilliantly equipped “The Gym” is only £19.99 pm and 5 mins walk.

A bit more about us - we’re into cycling, surfing, cooking, hanging out with friends, climbing, travelling, swimming and making the most of the local cuisine.

The room is available from 16 November and we will require 1-month rent deposit and 1 month rent in advance.
