The room is in the loft with an ensuite. It is currently occupied but will come unfurnished. The price listed is for single occupancy, we would prefer a single occupant, but would consider a couple for £950pcm.
The house is a terrace with a small garden out back. The living space is very large and the kitchen is very bright and spacious.
We may occasionally have friends round but rarely hold parties. The kitchen & garden are perfect for summer and we tend to hold more barbecues than anything else.
The on street parking is permit only, the price depends on your car but I pay about £60 a year.
