Looking for someone to join our house, a beautiful three-bed Victorian terraced house on a tree-lined street in Tottenham! The available room is large, has a super comfy kingsize storage bed with fancy memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and it overlooks the lovely garden. It's South-facing so there's loads of sunlight that comes through the big bay window. You can easily fit a decent-sized desk in, and there's also a good amount of storage in the house for things you don't need regular access to.

You’ll be sharing with myself Mike, live-in landlord working in Finance for a research institute, my gf Rachel (strategy consultant) and another lodger Monali who is a newly-trained GP. We chat when we bump into each other in the house - usually the kitchen! - but we are quite active and have the usual busy London lives. We’d love to find someone who is tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. I WFH half the time and keep the living room as my home office, so no shared living room I'm afraid. I have however just installed some decking in the back garden to use for yoga in the sun and BBQs.

We're 5mins from Bruce Grove (good for Hackney, Bethnal Green, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street) and 15mins walk from Seven Sisters (which gets to King's Cross in 10mins). The high road shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are 5mins walk away, with The Bluecoats pub and The High Cross particular favourites for their cracking roasts. San Marco's at the end of the road serves up the best Italian grub since 1967 and True Craft with its sourdough pizzas and craft beer is nearby. The huge and brilliantly equipped “The Gym” is only £20pm and 5mins walk, and is next to an Aldi. The plethora of parks nearby are fantastic.

The room is available from 27th July, but I'm sure the outgoing lodger would be able to arrange this to be an earlier move out hence the date of 3rd July. 1 month rent deposit and 1 month rent in advance required. Bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax) and a fortnightly visit from the cleaner are included.
