I am Chris - landlord of 33 Dunloe. I used to live here for 6 years so the house is close to my heart.

Recently I have done some work on the house and now have some double rooms available in this refurbished Victorian house.

There is currently four housemates and there is one room available. You have a separate lounge and kitchen dinner leading to a garden area and one main bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor.

I want to create a warm community of housemates whom all get along, respect the space and respect each other.
So I am looking for friendly people whom are looking for a home not just a house. House whatsapp group included me and the cleaner on it.

The price is all bills included and this includes a cleaner coming in every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas.

The house is 15/20 min walk from both Seven sisters and Turnpike Lane tube stations.
Downhills park is very near to the house.
Nearby favorites include Blighty Cafe (my business so come in and say hello), True Craft and the recently refurbished Lord Palm pub.

There are no fees and viewing can be arranged for Monday/Wednesday/Friday 11 - 4pm during the day.
