We're looking for sociable, respectful housemates that contribute to the house and we feel at home with.

We are looking for people who could move in on 14th August and occupy the room on a long term basis (minimum 6 months).

We want the house to be an inviting space. We have friends round regularly but would not describe it as a party house.

Unfortunately we are not looking for couples as we don't want long queues for the shower in the morning.

Most importantly we are looking for people who want to make this house a home with us.

THE SPACE 🌵🌱🌻☀️
The two-floor flat is spacious with plenty of natural light, lots of house plants and a big, beautiful green garden.

There is plenty of cupboard space and room to manoeuvre in the kitchen. Perfect for cooking with friends!

We also have a shared living room with a comfy sofa and a projector for film nights.

The fresh and bright bedroom (4m x 4m) is a blank canvas so there is lots of capacity to make it your own. The bedroom comes unfurnished apart from a very lovely set of curtains from MADE. com. More recent photos coming soon! There is also an option to buy a bed, table and wardrobe from Rory, the previous roommate.

We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas. While all other bills are included this is additional. It works out to just over a fiver per week per person (and means there are no arguments about cleaning which is well worth it).

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE HOUSEMATES 🙂
We are Rosie, Lucas and Ben. All in our early 30’s. We are easy going, relaxed and enjoy doing things like cooking, watching films and spending time in the garden. We are also joined by two feline friends, Elvis and Zorro.

6:30pm - 8:30pm on 25th and 27th July. Unfortunately can't do viewings any earlier as we are away but could do a video call if you would like. Message us to arrange a viewing slot.
