2 Rooms in Beautiful Terraced House with Garden

Hi, my lovely housemates and dog are leaving our beautiful terraced house (with a garden!) to purse new green grass together in Manchester. I’m now looking for 2 new housemates to fill the rooms- a large double with an en-suite & a smallish double (currently being used as a study).

About the house: The house is a 5-10 mins walk from Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line) & Bruce Grove (Overground). Transport links are excellent and the local area is really vibrant, I've lived in the area for roughly 3 years and I love it. There are lots of cute bars/coffee shops and restaurants close by.
For those who work from home, there is room for a small desk in both the smaller and larger bedrooms & I have a large working space in the living room (not pictured at the moment) that I'm happy to share.
Bills are not included in the rent but come up to just under £100 per person each month, including council tax (Band C), wifi, gas, electric etc.

About me: I’m Cas, a 26 year old black, queer person (she/they). I'm a singer & also work (mostly from home) for a music exam board. I like cycling, making music, performing and consuming & talking about as much art as get my hands on. I do like to have the occasional party but most nights you can find me curled up in front of the tv for a movie night or hosting a bbq or a dinner, doing yoga or having lil music jams.

Having come from a creative warehouse full of artists and musicians I’d like to keep that vibe going. I’m a super social person (with respect for other’s space- we all need time to recharge). I’m looking for professionals who are equally social, responsible & clean (preferably 23yrs+ creative, queer), to join in loving and looking after the space I now think of as home. This house has so far been a balanced and loving creative home & I am focused on the creation of a safe space, healthy boundaries and open communication of our feelings and intentions.

As I'm currently in France for the next two weeks I will be doing viewings on the 14th and 16th of August.

P. S: We don’t currently have a cleaner (but I’m very open to the idea of getting one!) so I will need new housemates to be fully house trained and happy to muck in with maintaining the space using whatever system works for us.

I have big plans to make the living spaces and garden more cute and comfortable & would love housemates who are also keen to pitch in and make roots.
