A lovely, private and quiet double loft room in a stylish, large period house sharing with three young professionals, one minute from Tottenham High Road.

THE ROOM
The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and chest of drawers. It is on the top floor of a three story house, and stands alone on the floor so is very quiet and private.

THE HOUSE
The house is a large period property with original features. There is a shared kitchen and dining room, washing machine and a large back garden lovely in the summer.

THE AREA
The house is a 30 second walk from the high road where you will find cafes, restaurants, bars, banks and an excellent 24 hour supermarket stocking fresh fruit and veg! Also a lovely organic Deli which has just opened. Tottenham is a lively. exciting place to live great local pubs opening all the time, vibrant nightlife a walk away in Tottenham Hale, and a farmers market on a Sunday. Its a great location for transport in North and East London and is very convenient and cheap due to the high street.

TRANSPORT
- 5 mins walk to White Hart Lane/Bruce Grove Stations - a direct line to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes through vibrant Hackney.

- 8 minute bus to Seven Sisters tube (Kings Cross, Oxford Circus, Victoria etc and onto Brixton in 25 minutes.)

- Several bus routes to central London, Kings Cross and Euston stations. Direct bus to all areas of Hackney.

- Very easy access to Stanstead (one direct train from Tottenham Hale) and Gatwick airports.

YOU AND US
We are looking for a quiet, friendly and independent female, preferably, who is clean and tidy and respectful of others. Sharing with two post-grad cousins working in film/media, one musician and our gorgeous cat Larry who is the ultimate ladies man. We mainly keep to ourselves but also are up for a glass of wine and the occasional dinner here and there!
