Living Space

Looking for a working professional to move in as soon as they’d like.

I'm a Visual Designer, my two other housemates work in Science Research.

The room advertised here is for a single room. Full disclosure, it is on the tight side but previous tenants have all lived there comfortably. Fortunately we have a large living space and garden (BBQs!) that tenants have all found very communal so you won't ever need to feel bound to your room.

We are located within 10 minutes of an overground, underground and national rail as well as many regular buses. 3 minutes to the high street which has supermarkets and a gym. Bars and a climbing centre on the way to the station. Also there's a park next to our house as well as car parking on the road outside the house.

Our housing agents have always been good to us (I've lived here for 6 years), repairs are done promptly and questions answered very quickly.

Applicants will ideally be:
Young working professionals between 23-30 give or take.

With our female housemate leaving due to family issues it’ll then be all guys living here but I've lived here with an all female cast in the past, we’re not fussy there.

People interested in film and music would be great, we'll have loads to talk about and shows to go to (post-Covid...) We do group activities together fairly regularly, nights out, cinema, pub etc, so prefer for housemate to become a mate.

Must be:
-Employed full-time
-Laid back
-Able to provide references and a guarantor for rent payment
-Someone who will pitch in with cleaning
-Enjoy a drink now and then
