Approx 8 mins walk to the Victoria Line/National Rail with Kings Cross / Oxford Circus/Liverpool Street and the Westfield Centre at Stratford only 14 - 20 minutes away. The house is also on the route of the Stansted Express and key stops to Cambridge, Harlow and Cheshunt.

Tottenham Hale is a popular London district in its own right and is currently undergoing a major modern redevelopment of its centre and rail station. The Victoria Line is now one of the fastest and most reliable with excellent interchanges with many other lines including the Piccadilly Line at Finsbury Park.

There are nearby river walks and cycling opportunities.. The historic Ferry Boat Inn is about 10 mins walk away while the popular High Cross pub serving real ales and food is only 5 a mins walk. Local cafes and shops include Starbucks, Pret a Manger, Next, Boots, Asda Living, Costa Coffee, TK Maxx, Adidas, B&Q plus Lidl. 'The Drumsheds' concert venue and Tesco Extra superstore is a train hop away at the new Meridian Water rail station. The new White Hart Stadium is 20 mins walk away for football lovers and those attending the high profile music events now hosted there also.

The restaurants and shops of Highbury & Islington and Angel are just a 10 minutes tube ride away in addition to the many attractions of the Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford (12 mins).
