Hi! We are a houseshare of 5 (including one couple) of internationals working (and studying) in the creative sector.

Unfortunately one of us is moving out and we are looking for a guy in his late 20s or 30s to replace him.

Left in the house will be 1 guy and 3 girls, in their late 20s to mid 30s. Two of the girls are currently doing their Masters.

We are are laid back, respectful housemates that are all quite busy and away a lot but love to hang out and share a glass of wine when we’re home.

The room is a nice Medium sized single room on ground floor with lots of storage.
(Bed, Mattress, Bed side table, built in wardrobe included).

The house is a 3 story, 4 bedroom house on a nice quiet road near the canal. Very safe part of Tottenham Hale. The house is nice and warm with a big living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a back garden with rear entrance so it’s perfect for cyclists. We keep it clean and tidy and have a weekly cleaning rota for the communal areas. There is only one bathroom but another separate toilet.

Even though we are in Tottenham Hale the connections to the city are great. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the station. It’s 15 mins on the Victoria line to Oxford Circus and 4 Mins to Walthamstow Central. There are buses lots of buses to Euston, Stoke Newington, etc and Train services to Liverpool Street, Stansted Airport, Hertford East, Cambridge, Ely and King's Lynn.

We’re also very close to the new Walthamstow Marshes from which there are many nice walks to take as well as Seven Sisters and Blackhorse road where there are interesting new coffee shops etc popping up.

Not so pretty but super convenient: There is a retail park just 5 mins walk away, including everything from TK Maxx, Lidl and B&Q, Iceland, Burger King, Costa, Subway, KFC, Pizza Hut to Argos, Boots and Curry. And there is a Tesco Metro about 3 minutes away.
