Modern, luxurious apartment with living room

First of all, my name’s Guy. I’ve just moved into the apartment which is a new build located 5 minutes walk from Totteridge and Whetstone tube station. Although it seems far out, it is 45 minutes door to door on the Northern line into Moorgate and you get a seat!! The flat is fully furnished to a designer spec, very light and spacious.

The room itself has lovely views over the Totteridge landscape, a queen size double bed with lift up storage facilities and a private bathroom with a shower, sink and loo.

The highlight of the apartment is the open plan kitchen / living room with large windows with picturesque views. A comfy sofa, 55 inch QLED tv with Netflix, Amazon, Sports packages and PlayStation equipped. The kitchen has a large island with a social atmosphere, a large fridge freezer and plenty of storage space. I personally love to cook and will always be open to sharing meals.

Outside of the open plan living room/ kitchen is the first balcony, large enough for a table and a few chairs.

There is a second terrace located through the other bedroom which will easily seat 20 people or so. It is enormous! Next spring I plan to fully furnish the terrace, to have a outdoor space perfect for relaxing with friends. The terrace receives the evening sun and is private to the apartment.

Finally, the apartment comes fully furnished including Washing Machine, double bed, linen, wardrobes, Lamps, Amazon Alexa’s and potentially a car parking space. There is 1 parking space associated with the apartment and potentially more space from other apartments.

I myself am a full time Technology professional working in the city. I’m 25 and tend to spend my weekdays socialising and playing sport after work. I speak both English (native) and Spanish

I’d like to think I’m very laid back, I don’t smoke, love listening to music around the house while cooking and very organised.
