Lovely large room quiet creative house, Finchley

We are friendly professional/creative people, looking for someone to move in to our lovely home.

We have a lovely, spacious double room in a quiet house in the West part of Finchley (8 mins walk to Woodside Park tube).Central London 25 mins on tube ! The room faces west so there are lovely views of sunsets. The house is surrounded by trees and the area itself is very green.

There are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance (less than 10 minutes): as well as plenty of shops and nice cafes.

We are near to some lovely green spaces, walks and woodland, also allotments across the road .
The Northern Line makes it very quick/easy to get into Central London.

The house has a very nice large kitchen with a dining area and a front room that leads out into a lovely garden . We have lots of books, and houseplants ! The house itself is bright , comfortable and spacious.

One large double room available, with ample storage space, large wardrobe, and lovely bay window.
Bathroom comes with shower and bath. We also have a parking space in front of the house.

Bills come to £80 per month all in and include high speed Sky fibre optic broadband, council tax, water, electricity and gas.
We would also be open to short lets .
The area is very green , quiet and safe with a nice village feel !
