As my current flatmate is moving abroad soon, I am looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely spacious flat near Tower Bridge / Bermondsey area. The room is available from 1st February 2021 onwards.

The flat has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This room comes with an en-suite bathroom (with a bathtub), 2 shared balconies, a large shared living room and a full kitchen (including dishwasher, oven and a laundry machine etc.). The room is furnished. Currently there is a single bed in place, but it's possible to fit in a double bed if you prefer.

Please have a look at pictures which were taken when I used to live here with previous tenants. So furnitures have slightly changed, but these pictures can still give an idea about the space/light/set up.

The building is very nice and secure, with a concierge, internal yard, underground secure parking. It is also conveniently located with a Coop store, a bike station and a bus stop right downstairs. Tube stations are also easily accessible: 7min walk to Bermondsey, 12min walk to London Bridge and 12min walk to Tower Hill across the bridge.

Rent is £800 per month + approx. £150 for electricity, council tax, and internet. The landlord is a professional company and is very responsive to any issue you may have.
