Large size dbl, ALL INC Wapping Tower Hill

Hi,

this is a short let, till 30 0f April. We are 3 professionals in the house Andrea, in the wine and hospitality business, Paolo a chef and Wembo an interior designer. While we respect each others' privacy, we also like to have a meal together, BBQ in the patio or a quick catch up in the large kitchen.

The room, a large double bed on first floor, has a wardrobe, small desk, windows with view on canal. There's a loft for extra storage. HI Speed Fibre opt broadband is available (800 Mb up/download). A very large bathroom to be share with other 2 flatmate. The kitchen is provided with a big and two small fridges, oven and microwave. A window-door gives access to the patio garden on the canal side, where we have a table and a bbq.

The house is located in the centre of Wapping, near Thomas More sq, with one side facing the canal. The area is very quiet (at the end of a cul-de-sac), safe and super nice. Very close to Liverpool St, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch. There are shops (Waitrose, pharmacy, Post Office) only a short walk away, and also restaurants and few lovely pubs overlooking the Thames. Lovely St Katherine's docks is just around the corner.

A cleaner visits the house twice per month for 2 hours All bills are included.
We are looking for someone who is more or less in our age range (25 to 48) and who is planning to stay for 5 weeks.
